The Beginning of West Haus
OUR STORY
We started West Haus after seeing a gap in the short-term rental market. Vacation homes often lacked consistency in design, quality, amenities, and overall execution. As real estate investors and frequent travelers, we set out to raise that standard, bringing the consistency and reliability of a hotel into the short-term rental experience.
Patrick brings a background in business and technology, with experience in San Francisco and nearly a decade of real estate investing. Nela brings a background in photography, design, and marketing, with work featured in leading international publications and a global perspective shaped by time in Europe and New York. Together, we combine business, design, and hands-on experience to operate and position homes at a higher level.
